Payment and Cancellations
Payment is taken at the time of booking, to secure your appointment. Cancellations for reiki sessions can be made up to 48 hours prior to the start time without penalty. You can either rebook for a subsequent time, or if requesting a refund, the cost of your session will be returned minus an administration fee of £8. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be made.
Late Arrivals
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will be recorded as a no show and the full session fee will be charged.
Privacy Policy
My Privacy Policy, which sets out how I will use your information, can be found here. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Confidentiality
Any information you give to me, in writing or in conversation either by phone or during a reiki session, is confidential and will never be sold. Any date or information can only be communicated onwards with the following exceptions:

If you reveal you intend to harm yourself or another person

If you reveal that a child is being or is in danger of abuse

If you are physically or verbally abusive or threatening

If I am compelled to reveal information by a court order
If there is a need to breach confidentiality, this will be discussed with you and where possible consent will be sought for the course of action to be taken.
Complaints policy
If you have any complaints about any service provided, please contact me personally in the first instance on janieangell@protonmail.com and I will work with you to resolve any issues. If you do not feel it appropriate to discuss your issues directly, or if you feel there is a professional conduct or ethical issue, you can complain to my professional body, the UK Reiki Federation.
